So this past week I ate at Future`s Bakery twice. Once with my bf and another with my 2 close girlfriends. It`s located in the Annex area in downtown Toronto. I ate chicken schnitzel with salad and home fries when I was with my girlfriends and it cost about $10 which is really good considering the amount of food you get. I was going to order the chicken parmesan but it`s sooo filling that I feel all bloated after I finish eating. (I always seem to overeat lol). The chicken schnitzel was okay. It tasted plain. Seemed like it wasn`t seasoned or anything but the home fries were good because they season it. When I was with my bf, I ate grilled chicken sandwich with fruits and veggies on the side as well as cheese perigees with fruits and a salad on the side which all cost about $20. The sandwich would have tasted better with avocado and pesto sauce. The perogies were good too but weren`t the best ones I`ve had. This place is like self-serve, you go line up and order food and pay at the cash then you go find a seat and just wait til they call out your order/name. You grab your own cutlery and napkins and when you`re done your meal you place your plates/cups in a black bin.
