So, I came across this website from a friend who recently started yoga and pilates. It`s called Pop pilates, by a trainer named Cassey. There are beginner, intermediate, and advanced videos. These are kind of tough at first if you are not used to this kind of toning and flexibility workout. She posts new videos regularly. There are also specialized videos for those who want a more hardcore session: i.e. bootcamps, bikini body workouts, butt and thighs, etc. She is SO motivational if you like someone talking through your workout.
