Seriously, this is brilliant. If your the type of person who likes watching TV a lot but is lazy to workout, this is totally for you!!! During that 30 second commercial break, get off your booty and start working those muscles. It may not seem much as first, but it will add up and you will see results as long as you stick with it. Only with a healthy diet of course. It`s fun, easy, and oh so very convenient.
