Frustrated: Why can`t I place my order?

I have been trying to place my LUUUX order for at least two weeks now. I don`t understand how the glitch in the system could last this long. I`ve been working on my LUUUX account for a long time, so save enough points to receive the Clarisonic. I`ve checked Community posts and it seems like some people have had the same issue as me. I tried messaging LUUUX but have received no response. I am very frustrated. I worked very hard on quality posts and now I can`t even receive what I have worked for.
