So I have tried to eat more healthy and this is a healthy-ish snack that I have eaten. So for today`s snack, I had some strawberries, which are amazing. I also had a few biscuits which isn`t as healthy, but not too bad either. I also had a cup of tea on the side, which is said to be healthy and help loose weight, which is always a great thing.
I make sure that I always have a snack inbetween my meals. I`m not personally 100% why it is a good thing, but I have been told by alot of health experts to try to eat snacks. I think that is keeps your metabolism going during the day, which helps burning fat. :)
