Since buying a blender I`ve been making smoothies almost everyday so I`ve been eating a lot more fruits. For the smoothie I made today I used one cup of milk, frozen blueberries, strawberries, mangoes, and one ripe banana and avocado. I didn`t measure how much of the frozen fruits I used, but it must`ve been a handful of each. All of this blended together made three cups of smoothies. A ripe banana really adds sweetness to the smoothie without using sugar. My family and I enjoyed the smoothie and I will make this again.
