Recently bought a blender to make smoothies at home. I went to the grocery store to buy fruits and vegetables that I could use in my smoothies. I bought apples, bananas, avocados, and a few bags of frozen fruits. In this smoothie, I used milk and a variety of the frozen fruits and blended everything together. It tasted like fruit smoothies from stores but not as sweet because I didn`t add any sugar. I could really taste the strawberry, blueberry, and pineapple. Now that I have a blender, I`ll try to make smoothies every day so I can eat more fruits.
