The summer is coming and we all like to have a perfect body to display on the beach. I`ll leave a recipe for a fruit smoothie that is healthy and low in calories.
You will need:
1 - Orange
3 - Strawberries
1 - slice of melon
1 - Watermelon
peel and cut fruit into chunks.
Place in blender until it is pulp.
It`s delicious, cheap and healthy
