I really really love spring and summer time because I can easily get fruits than in the winter time.
It`s really important to have a snack twice a day. What I like to eat as a snack is some fruits.
Pineapple, strawberry and kiwi are belong to my favourite fruits.
These are really great for you. Pineapple is also great if you are on a diet or just want to loose some extra pounds.
So fruit salad is a great option!
You should keep in mind that you have to eat tons of fruits. Seriously! Eat them!!!
And water. These are really important for your body.
