Sometimes it can be so tempting to pick an unhealthy snack to eat during the day. However, I have found out that if I pack my lunch the night before, I tend to have better eating habits. Here is a quick fruit salad that I eat every day for a snack. I cut up granny smith apples, walnuts, pecans, and grapefruit. It taste really good, and it is simple and quick to make. I usually add greek yogurt and granola, but I ran out.
