Hey Luuuxers !
Here is what I have been eating everyday for lunch or breakfest. I keep it in the fridge covered and start a new salad a couple days later. This salad has red apples, red grapes,strawberries, bananas, red plums, and mandarins. It gives me energy and self confidence. I actually am getting a lil tired of fruit LOL.
I was told to mix greek yogurt with it as well.
Whats your breakfest/lunch meal?
any good suggestions for weight loss?
