I`m always strapped for time. But I always try to bring fruit to work as a snack so I don`t go buying chips or chocolate.
What I like to do on Sunday evening is chop up and pack half a week`s worth of fruit and then I do the same on Wednesday evening. This way, I can just run out the door while still being healthy.
