I am not a huge fan of fruit so I have been finding ways to enjoy it in different ways. My biggest downfall with my weight is ice lollies and icecream. I love frozen cold things so I decided to put some grapes in the freezer. They taste alot nicer than grapes on their own and they are like mini icelollies except without all the sugar. And they are healthy for you. One of you five a day. Anyone else freeze fruit or is it just me?
