300g of frozen berries
5 tablespoons of powdered sugar
In a processor / blender, grind the fruit. Add the sugar and yoghurt (the quantity of yogurt will be only necessary to create a cold-like consistency).
Serve on plates pre-cooled (ice cream can go to the freezer for 10 minutes before served).
This recipe is also very simple versatile: for yogurt may be used cream or milk and fruit chosen may be different, although the most stiff or too soft will not be very suitable. And, of course: some nuts and ground almonds are always a nice touch in this type of dessert, and a small pieces / slices of fruit.
