Last weekend I and my husband made for dinner some fried spare ribs in our machine that fries without oil we put them till they get cooked at the same time we put little potatoes with salt suitable for roasting on the microwave during 10 min than we put them on a tray appropriated for the oven with olive oil and went more 15 min!
To accompany the meal we also made a natural juice with one slice of pinneapple, three kiwis, one banana and the juice of two oranges!
Everything was great!
