<div><div style="font-family: Calibri,sans-serif; font-size: 11pt;">Hheey luuuxers. Today for lunch I home cooked one of ny fav sea food dishes in the world and that is the one and only popular fried shrimp. I love fried shrimp. How I fry my shrimp is, 1, when i shop at the grocery store i always buy bags of already cooked shrimp so i won`t have to go through that long time process to cook and tender the shrimp meat. So 1st i buy a bag of cooked shrimp from the grocery store, and then i empty some into a bowl and run them in cold water for 10 mins straight and during that time i turn and toss them a little bit. After 10 mins of turning and tossing, i then get another small and crack one egg in that bowl and like 2 or 3 table spoons of milk and mix n scramble it together. Then drain bowl of shrimp that`s in the water then empty the shrimp into the egg and milk mixture. Toss and turn then let it sit a little bit so that the shrimp can absorb the egg and milk. The purpose of the egg and milk mixture is so that when you fry your shrimp the meat will be nice and soft n it will fry nicely. Not tuff and hard to chew. While that`s sitting, you then want to gather your fry mixture which is your flour and salt and pepper etc.. In a plastic zip lock bag, and shake to mix that up, then use a fork to drop shrimp into the fry mixture and shake in the bag to let the shrimp grab the fry mixture. Then fry the shrimp in a hot pan of canola oil until brown. And flip. And done :)<br /><br /></div></div>
