When I was in London visiting my sister, we went to a very quiet Italian restaurant.
There was light instrumental music playing the background and the quiet breeze outside was felt on our palms through the open window.
Anyways, onto the food =P
I`ve actually never had any risotto taste as good as this one. This was a fried risotto in a lobster sauce.
It was amazing. I thought that fried risotto would be very oily but this was actually refreshingly light. It had a very delicate mushroom and cream flavor in it. It was very soft and moist inside and the outer shell was very thin and crispy.
And with the lobster sauce, it was like heaven!
I miss this dish so much. I have yet to find one in Toronto.
