After a long and exhausting day, a quick and easy home made meal fixes everything. It takes less than 30 minutes, depending if the rice has been ready. In the ingredient it`s the usual toss of what you would typically add. Everyone has their different style of making fried rice and so they all have their own unique taste. For this one, I just added shrimp and imitation crab meat for extra flavor. My husband and I can get pretty lazy, so it was nice to have this as left overs for the next few nights. lol ;)
