In the season of Lent, we`re going to be seeing lots more seafood dishes as people are giving up their meaty proteins every Friday. I love my fair share of steak and porkchops (and can`t forget that bacon), however I also love getting creative with my seafood options.
Last Friday, the family cooked up a feast and one of the dishes was fried red snapper. I love having the meaty red snapper, and flash frying them makes them even more delicious. I would definitely go for these every week. Great source of protein and omega 3`s!
Squeeze a bit of fresh lemon over them for that extra zest and you`re ready to enjoy.
