So as an appetizer for tonights dinner i made fried pickles! It`s a simple recipe, no seasoning and still taste great! Want to make some? Follow the recipe below:
1 cup water
2 large egg yolks
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 (32oz.) jar of dill pickles (well drained)
Oil to fry them in
-First make sure you`ve drained the pickles well, and pat them dry if needed.
**Beat yolks and water together, then you`re going to be pouring in the flour litte amounts at a time, after you`ve mixed everything together well enough, start putting the pickles in the batter and move them to your oil, make sure you don`t crowd them, because they can get stuck together and make it hard to flip them. Fry them until they turn golden brown, take them out and place them on a paper towel.
