Ive tried many chips in my days and I tend to gravitate towards lays chips or pringles. Both brands have a variety of flavours, options of salt intake, and options of cooking method. Ive tried both the fried potato chips and the baked potato chips, but I like the fried version better. My rationality is that if you are going to indulge in chips, let alone in any type of junk food, to go all the way and pick the most unhealthiest option. Even if you picked the baked potato chip, it is still going to have the same quantity of salt as the fried potato chip. However, if you like the taste of the baked potato chip, go for it. Taste is what matter. So, what do you prefer, fried or baked?
