Today i fixed my self Yakisoba. Where i come from,people call it Mee Goreng, you may call it Chow Mein,whatever you want to call it, it is basically fried noodle in sauce with bite-sized of meat and mix vegetables. I do not claim this as authentic, I use my own recipe.
I used grocery store ramen noodle, shredded chicken, cabbage, kale,carrot,garlic,soy sauce, salt,sliced of hot pepper for extra kick.
It turned out good. It took a short time to make and even shorter to finish it :D. What did you have for lunch today?
