Here it is again the creativity of a dish that involves mussel. It will be a great experience for those who love mussels.


800g fresh mussels
6 eggs
60g of breadcrumbs hardened
100g of grated parmesan cheese
olive oil


Wash the mussels and open it in raw water from collecting inside for a cup.
Book mussel.
Beat eggs in a bowl with a little salt and pepper.
Add the mussels crumb, bread soaked in water and squeezed mussels and grated Parmesan cheese.
Heat a little oil in a deep skillet and spread the prepared earlier over the entire surface.
Fry Cook on both sides until thoroughly cooked, without leave to dry too.
