I am not a seafood fan whatsoever but Fried Lobster with Salt is the bomb. This dish in Vietnamese is called <em>Tom Hum Rang Muoi</em> however at some restaurants the name varies. The lobster goes for $17 a lb "before" cooked although this dish is on the pricier side it is definitely worth it. I love the ginger and salt from the lobster to eat with my rice. The only reason why I love it is because it`s deep fried obviously, lol but it`s good to treat yourself once in awhile to something deep fried. I am unsure of the recipe because my family never prepares this at home because it isn`t as good as the restaurant.
How do you like your lobster prepared? I think mostly the only time I eat lobster is if its this kind! If you never tried this kind of lobster, you definitely got to visit your local Asian Restaurant to see if they have this [usually Chinese restaurants]!
