I don`t think neither the hubs nor I could survive a week without eating noodles. We love our carbs and noodles top the list of our favorite food :D Here`s a plate of a simple but very delicious Vegetable stir-fry Egg Noodles dish that came with all of my husbands favorite vegetables such as: Broccoli, Carrots, Cabbage, Bak Choy, Corn, Mushroom and tofu. He finished his plate of noodles in about 5 minutes so you can imagine how good it is!!:):D
