So its Friday, is anyone else lagging? I know I am. But todays workout seems to suit the Friday blues. A quick salad dinner seems appropriate, a nice evening walk and some squats and sit ups. Simply! But after all that, make 30 mins for you time :) I can think of million things Id like to do then.
