Nothing gets more better (and healthier) than fresh fish. Packed with Omega-3s, salmon is one of my favorite sushi/sashimi options to have when I choose to have sushi. I literally can have raw fish everyday if I was wealthy enough to afford it. It`s really hard to find affordable, fresh fish options in the Midwest. However, when you do you pack it on.
A lot of people like to have fresh fish with rice (nigiri style), however because I am fine without the extra carbs I decided to have it with a side of seaweed and vegetables.
