Fresh pineapple with coconut diet

Hy everyone :)

A dessert recipe special dietary for Easter weekend. great for diabetics and for those who want a more skinny. The sweet coconut served with pineapple in pineapple is even more appetizing.


4 thick slices of pineapple shell
2 tbsp (tablespoons) vegetable cream BECEL
2 spoons (soup) of culinary sweetener


1 cup (tea) flaked coconut
2 spoons (soup) of culinary sweetener
2 tbsp (tablespoons) vegetable cream BECEL
12 pink peppercorns


1 - With the aid of a spoon, excavate the pineapple slices removing part of the pulp and leaving the bottom edge of the slice and one 1 cm. Cut squash into small cubes removed and set aside for the sweet.
2 - In a large skillet, heat the cream and add the vegetable BECEL culinary sweetener. Place the pineapple slices and brown on both sides. Remove from heat and set aside.


3 - Place the reserved pineapple pieces in a medium saucepan. Add the grated coconut, sweetener and culinary vegetable cream BECEL. Cook over medium heat and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until all liquid dries.
4 - Put on fresh pineapple slices, garnish with pink pepper and serve immediately.
