Last Friday, I went downtown to get my brows threaded and to have lunch with my husband. Afterwards, my husband and I met up and head out this little hole in the wall place for lunch. This place is amazing! They only served pasta that are made fresh at their restaurant. They never serve the same menu so each day is different. Their menu consist of three options and once it`s gone it`s gone for the day. You never know what they serve until you get there. On this particular day, we were only able to pick two options since they ran out of the third option (bummer!). I ordered their "Stracotto" consist of pureed fresh parsley, a little diced fresno chili and topped with bread crumbs. It was really good. All I can say is FRESH of anything is the best way to go. Love fresh pasta...
