This weekend I popped into the Dollar Tree closest to my house just to see what they had. After browsing around and picking a few things up (as always) I ended up in the freezer section when I saw a familiar looking white and light blue box. I then perked up because I realized they were Chocolate Dipped Strawberry Weight Watcher brand ice creams. Weight Watchers ice creams typically retail for $2.50 (IF you can get them on sale) but are usually $3.99-5.99 a box. It is pretty expensive, but most healthy alternative ice creams are expensive. So you`re probably wondering how exactly did I get these for free? Well, Dollar Tree now takes manufacturer coupons and since I am a Weight Watchers member I had received a few $1 off manufacturer coupons while at my meetings (and 1 of the coupons was set to expire the end of the month). I gave both of the coupons to the cashier and she took the $1 per box off. Not bad at all for free!
Have you picked up any unexpected goodies at Dollar Tree as of late?
