Francine Pascal - Fearless

Nothing is better than spending your warm, sunny summer days outside with a great book to enjoy. I am an active reader, but I find myseld reading more books in the summer time. I have a growing list of books to read this summer, and recently had just crossed one of them off.

Although I am not a huge fan of books geared to teens, I found Francine Pascal`s repackaged version of Fearless a very interesting read. It is a mystery and thriller with a very determined protagonist.

"Gaia is a brilliant, beautiful girl who is trained in three kinds of martial arts, has a reflex speed thats off the charts, and can climb mountains, box, wrestle, and break codes in four languages. She has no trouble throwing a grown man over her shoulders. She doesnt care what people think of her, and shes never scared

Because she is missing the fear gene.

In this action-packed bind-up, Gaia makes her way through the treacherous halls of high school and is forced to come to terms with herself, the boys in her life, and her completely MIA family.

But she can handle it." -

Although I found this book a quick read (finishing it in about 2 days time), it definitely was filled with enough action and suspense to keep in interested. I definitely am a fan of the clever writing style of Francine Pascal and do recommend this book to anyone out there looking for a mystery and thriller book that is a smooth read.
