While I was on a cruise to Alaska, one night on the ship was formal night. So everyone was dressed in formal attire for dinner. On this night not my whole family attended the formal dinner but for those of us who were there this is what we had for dinner. Usually the menu on cruise ships have a small selection so most of us ordered the same thing but here is what most of us ordered. There was a lobster and shrimp dist that came with a side of mashed potatoes, a prime rib with a side of a baked potato and onion rings, and a grilled fish with vegetables on the side. Since my family all ordered one of these dishes I just took a picture of each one of the dishes. I personally had the prime rib which didnt seem like a prime rib to me since it was so thin, but it was still very good! I didnt really care for the baked potato but I liked the onion rings. I was debating between this dish and the lobster but I did try some of the lobster from my mom and Im glad I didnt get it because it wasnt that good. Overall the food was just okay nothing worthy of formal night. Have you ever been on a cruise before?
