For hot days, lemonade! :)

In hot days (like these days) I love drinking lemonade. It`s the best way to refresh in a healthy way without depending in sodas or other drinks that may has alcohol and/or lots of calories.

For lemonade, I use:
+ Cold water.
+ Ice.
+ Lemons.
+ Sugar or sweetener.
+ My mouth to drink it :D

You just extract the juice from the lemons and add it to the cold water, add the sugar/sweetener and mix well. Then add the ice and drink ;)
It`s so much better (and has no quimics) than the ones you can buy on shops and markets. Give it a try, summer is here!
