Hey ladies!!!! Ever feel super tried by the afternoon and your so tried that you just have to take a nap. Well here are some awesome foods that will boost your enegry and keep you going all day long. Breakfast- whole grain waffles with nonfat yogurt and berries. snack- peanut and apple sandwiches, homemade fruit smoothie. Full meals- beef burger with whole wheat bread or pasta with chicken broccoli or black bean soup.
