I have read that combining your food in certain ways can help with digestion and keep your body happy. I have noticed that when following food combining rules, my tummy is quieter through the day and I don`t feel bloated after a mealeven a big meal! This app is really helpful if you are keeping up with your food combining because it is so easy to use. All you do is select the food group, then the food and it will tell you if the combo is poor, good or excellent combination, as far as digestion goes. If you don`t have a good combo, a better suggestion is made for you. I`ve foamed this app to be incredibly helpful in learning what foods combine best. I highly recommend it for those wanting to improve their digestion or health in general.
