Food portions control

To be healthy you dont need to cut off all the food you eat and just live un fruit and veggies. The simpliest thing is to control your portions of food. And better have smaller portion more often than one or two big per day.
I think this photo shows the perfect way how to control the size of your portion and you wont need to weigh or measure the food you eat.
