Food Diary #17: Fish Stew w Cous Cous

Another diary, something I whipped up last This is just a simple fish stew ( I used frozen cod fish pieces) in a spicy tomato sauce, layered on cous cous, I don`t think I`ve made something as quick as this yet!
This was actually very spicy, I used quite alot of chilli pepper seasoning AND I added a chilli pepper ( btw, I had a cold and I needed to sweat it out!)
Easy enough for a student!
