I love this rustic Italian bread so much i used to eat it plain all the time:) I decided to make Focaccia sandwich for a change for dinner on Monday and I am extremely pleased with the outcome. Everything tasted so yummy with Focaccia. All I did was fry up some vegetarian ham and stuffed it in the focaccia bread along with tomatoes, an egg and fresh mozarella. Hubby loved it and gave his thumbs up!:) I can`t wait to make this again over the weekend!I`ll use mushrooms this time :D
