I`m so disappointed with the Mango shop online.
I wanted a flowery jumpsuit for use on summer and I found this in the Mango shop online for <strong>12.99</strong> while before cost <strong>25.95</strong>. I took advantage and I bought it, on 10th of August. I asked to ship for the store because for the stores is free shipping, and they said it took between 5 to 15 business days.
The days passed and I don`t received anything from Mango or payment confirmation, nothing.
After a month I contacted them twice and still didn`t get any response.
Last week I complained on the online shop on facebook and they said that my purchase was already in the store that I had requested to be delivered. I went there this weekend and my order was there from the 17th of August :S
The jumpsuit is gorgeous and looks great and wasn`t expensive, but now the summer is over :(
Probably I don`t will buy again on the Mango shop online... I didn`t expect this from a store like Mango.
