Floor Exercise To Release Back Pain

Lately I`ve been feeling really stressed out! Due to work I feel like my back feels really tight & stiff. I really need someone to come give me a stretch because I can feel the tension.

I`ve been online browsing informations on how to solve my problems. The website suggested us to lie on the floor for a few minutes. For the next step to hugs your knees into your chest. A perfect way to release tight muscles on your back, legs and groin.

Another technique is to lie on your back with your feet flat on the floor with your knees bent. Start bending your knees towards your chest and pause for a bit. Make sure your back is still touching the floor.
