need to get flexible fast? follow these easy steps:
1) make sure to warm up before streachinf, it will be more effective. ( running, walking or even after a warm shower)
2) Hold each streach for atleast a minute, where it might be that you trying to increase flexibiliy.
3) make sure you streaching everyday or most days!
4) dont streach to much, or you will hurt your slef and wont be able to strech as offend!
5) research videos on youtube to help you get flexible :)
6) have fun
