One of my family members was using flaxseed and putting it in there yogurt. I decided to try it since it has so many health benefits like: natural laxative, contains omega-3, and it also lowers cholesterol. I also like to put it in my salads and sprinkle in on my cereal. You can`t really taste it, so you don`t even notice it. My one suggestion would be not to sprinkle to much.
