Many people most likely already know this (but me, of couuursee.. [; ) but crunches will not be an effective way to get rid of flabby tummies!! Apparently it takes 250,000 crunches to get rid of just a pound of fat. SOO... i`ve been doing the wrong exercise, I see!! Heh heh..
So, it seems PUSH-UPS, PLANKS (resting on forearms with elbows bent in a 90 degree position, not hands), and HIP RAISES (lying down, raised knees, keeping feet flat on floor. raise hips to make a straight line from knees to shoulders) are more effective. EVERYONE DO THIS BEFORE YOU GO TO THE BEACH.
