So my husband loves to eat flan so I started to learn how to make some so I don`t have go buy them or wait for my mother in law to come and make some. They are a little bubbly because I couldn`t find my cheese cloth so I can make it soft and smooth looking. I can share you my recipes but the one the taste the best is when you do it your ways in your own recipes.
What you would need is:
2 can of Condense Milk
1 can of Evaporated Milk
2-3 eggs (depending on how you like it)
2 egg whites
1 cup of sugar
one cheese cloth

You will need to mix the condense and evaporated milk together. Next you will need to add in the eggs and egg whites and mix it all together. Then caramelize the sugar after it caramelize pour it in the the pan that your using to baking the flan.
I normally bake it for 15-20 minutes in a 400 degrees F
then leave in the fridge for about an hour or so then you can take it out and enjoy it.
