Staying fit and excersising everyday can be a mission. Take it one step at a time. Start at a lower weight and increase every week or whatever pace makes you comfortable. Also you may want to start off doing less reps and more sets then after you are back into that training mode you can switch it around.

Take it easy and remember to keep hydrated!
