What fitness DVDs do you guys recommend? Is there any that you`ve tried and helped you loose weight and/or made you more toned? I am looking to seriously lose some weight but it seems like I need more variety in my workouts. I have some that I like doing a lot and they do make me break me out into a sweat. Of course they always say that variety helps your body not be too used to certain movements so learning new steps helps burn calories when it seems that you`re not burning enough or as much as you want to lose weight faster.
