I saw this at Chapters the other day and if I can remember correctly, it was on sale. This book is called a Fitbook and inside it has all these outlines in details such as an food log, nutrient tracker, strength training, flexibility, weekly plan and more. It is perfect for those who have goals of losing weight. Studies have shown that it is easier to lose weight when everything is written done and recorded.
