This is not the brand we usually buy. But a few years ago, my mom bought a pack of fish tofus and I tried it because I love fish and tofu. They are kept in the frozen food aisle at Asian grocery stores. If boiling it takes less than 5 minutes to prepare. I like to add these to noodle soups so they`re not as plain. But my mom would cook these with other ingredients as a side dish for dinner.
