I love seafood so when I saw my local asian market selling fish tofu, I was super intrigued because I`ve never eaten anything like it.

It has the texture of tofu (a little firmer), but has the taste of fish. LOL I sound stupid saying this, but it`s actually really good. I read on some blogs that people just fry it and dip it in a mixture of hoisin sauce and sriracha. So I ended up frying it and it turned out to be a yummy snack!
