PHOTO NOT MINE. I finished this home workout program a couple of weeks ago. Started back in August and went through the entire 90 days. I have seen much improvement in my strength. The change in my body has been pretty dramatic. My bodyfat percentage went from 27% to 19%. I still have a ways to go to reach my goal so I will do it again. This time I will watch what I eat so that I will get better results. Check out my before and after pics!
